Air Fryer Steak: Quick and Delicious

Craving steak but short on time? This Easy Air Fryer Steak recipe is the answer! Cooking steak in the air fryer is a game changer. It’s fast, mess-free and delivers perfectly tender and juicy steak. This easy steak recipe is perfect for beginners and experienced cooks alike.

I chose to marinate this steak in a simple Balsamic vinegar marinade but feel free to use any steak marinade of your choice. Homemade BBQ sauce would also be delicious. Use a thick-cut steak like ribeye, New York Strip or filet mignon. A thick-cut steak will be perfectly cooked on the inside while being beautifully golden and caramelized on the outside.

Steak is definitely best served immediately after cooking but any leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

What type of steak is best for Airfryer?

The best steak to use for air frying is rib eye, New York Strip, Sirloin or Rump. I also like using Filet Mignon but since it’s such a lean cut of meat, the cooking time will be less. Follow my recipe for Air Fryer Filet Mignon for the perfect end result.
