Meal Plan #13 of 2026
This week we are making Chicken Korma, Lemon Butter Baked Fish, Chicken Noodle Soup, One Pan Baked Dumplings and the delicious Smashed Burger Tacos!

Monday
Chicken Korma
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Make-ahead friendly: Curries are some of my favorite recipes to prep ahead as their flavor literally gets better over time. Make this a day or two in advance, keep in the fridge and dinner is ready in a flash.
- Add a side: No curry is complete with a side of delicious rice, naan or flatbread of sorts and this Korma is no different
Tuesday
Lemon Butter Baked Fish
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Low carb, high protein: This is a great recipe if you’re trying to reduce carbs. Healthy without compromising on flavor.
- Add a side: We love serving the fish with sautรฉed broccolini and if you’re not counting carbs, some garlic butter rice would be amazing.

Wednesday
Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- So comforting!ย This is what I crave on rainy days, chilly days and days I need a little comfort. It’s so incredibly savory with the most incredible depth of flavor.
- Versatile: Add vegetables of your choice. You can add frozen peas, finely chopped broccoli, zucchini or cauliflower.
- Add a side: This soup is great on its own with the noodles added but adding crusty bread or focaccia bread is always a good idea.
Thursday
One Pan Baked Dumplings
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- One pan, so easy!: This recipe is the ultimate pantry/freezer dinner. The sauce is just a bunch of pantry-staples and frozen dumplings go straight in. It couldn’t be simpler.
Friday
Smashed Burger Tacos
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Take-out Fake-out: This is the ultimate Big Mac at home hack. So easy, absolutely delicious and a little healthier.
- Toppings: Add toppings of your choice but we keep it simple with the ultimate burger sauce, pickles, red onions and lettuce.
