Monday

Creamy Peri-Peri Chicken and Rice

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • So much flavor: The chicken and rice combo with the fantastic sauce is a flavor explosion. The sauce is on the spicy side so use your own discretion if serving to kids or those who don’t tolerate spice well.
  • Great leftovers or as meal prep: The chicken and rice keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Add a side: Keep it simple and serve as is add a green salad or broccoli.

Tuesday

Tomato Soup with Grilled Cheese

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • Family-Friendly:ย This is one of our family’s favorite comfort meals. It’s super easy and perfect for all ages.
  • Add a side: The grilled cheese is all you need here. Other bread options like crusty bread or easy focaccia are also delicious.

One-Pan Baked Dumplings

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • Quick and easy:ย The sauce takes minutes to mix together and the dumplings are added straight from the freezer. This is probably one of the easiest weeknight dinners you can make.
  • Add a side: Serve the dumplings over rice or add a side of sautรฉed broccolini.

Smothered Chicken

Why You’ll love this recipe:

Friday

Shrimp Aglio e Olio

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • Quick and easy for Friday night: This pasta is ready in under 30 minutes.
  • Add a side: Honestly, we don’t even bother with a side – especially on a Friday. But if you prefer, add a side of garlic bread and a big salad.
