Monday
Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Crowd Favorite: Crispy air fryer chicken topped with tomato sauce and melty mozzarella? No one can resist that!
- Make in the oven! If you don’t have an air fryer, simply fry the breaded chicken until golden then top with the sauce and cheese and bake until melted.
- Add a side: We always eat Chickken Parm with pasta (I make extra sauce to toss the pasta in) but a side of garlic bread and a big zesty salad will complete the meal perfectly.
Tuesday
Seared Fish in Puttanesca Sauce
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Low carb, high protein:ย This is a great recipe if you’re trying to reduce carbs. Healthy without compromising on flavor.
- Versatile: We love serving the fish with sautรฉed broccolini and if you’re not counting carbs, some focaccia bread would be dreamy swiped through that sauce.
Wednesday
Spring Vegetable Chicken Orzo
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- One pan and easy! It all happens in one pan!
- Versatile: Use whichever vegetables you have! Peas, asparagus, sugar snap peas, green beans, broccoli or green beans all work.
Thursday
Pork Chops with Mushroom Gravy
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Family-friendly: Juicy golden pork chops with a creamy sauce is guaranteed to please the crowd.
- Add a side: Add a green salad with a super zesty dressing to cut through the richness. Green beans or asparagus are always delicious and some crispy potatoes are always welcome.
Friday
Rotisserie Chicken Fried Rice
Why You’ll love this recipe:
- Take-out Fake-out: Pick up a rotisserie chicken on the way back from home and make this easy fried rice! For the ultimate Friday night hack, cook your rice the night before and have it ready in the fridge so the cooking takes mere minutes!
