Meal plan 3 of 2026.

Monday

Air Fryer Rotisserie Chicken

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • It only requires 3 ingredients: Chicken, oil, seasoning. That’s it. I used a store-bought chicken seasoning mix. Most rotisserie chickens are seasoned with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Play around with those spices if you want to make your own spice mix.
  • Versatile: This chicken recipe is delicious served with pretty much ANY side dish. From a quick salad for a healthy lunch or light dinner to crispy potatoes or rice for a carb boost. The leftovers are also fantastic throughout the week.

Friday

Jalapeño Cheddar Burgers

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • A firm family favorite: My kids have crowned these the best burgers I’ve ever made. If you’re feeding littles or people with a low spice-tolerance, remove the seeds of the jalapeños.
  • Serve with air fryer fries or potato wedges for a fuss-free Friday dinner.
