Meal Plan #22 of 2026

This week we are making Greek Chicken, Chakalaka Baked Potatoes, Easy Taco Pasta, Creamy Peri Peri Chicken and rice and the perfect Steak au Poivre. We’ve also had some requests to include season-appropriate alternatives to some of the dishes (think soups and salads which might not be ideal depending on the season you’re in).

We’ve also included a completed shopping list for your convenience. Simply click on the link and download! (Please note the shopping list does not include ingredients for breakfast and lunch recipes as these are optional. There is however space to add any ingredients you’ll need.)

Monday

Sheet Pan Greek Chicken

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • Perfect For The Whole Family: Our entire family loves this easy weeknight dinner. The potatoes and chicken are incredibly flavorful and delivers the juiciest chicken.
  • Add a side: The chicken and potatoes are great on their own but we love a simple cucumber and tomato salad served alongside.

Tuesday

Chakalaka Baked Potatoes

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • Easy comfort food: The chakalaka can be made and kept in the fridge for up to 5 days. Similarly, baked potatoes also last well in the fridge. Simply heat up in the air fryer until crisp and hot throughout then serve with the chakalaka.

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • Meal-prep friendly: The pasta sauce can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
  • Add a side: Serve with a big side salad.

Friday

Steak au Poivre

Why You’ll love this recipe:

  • Steakhouse at home: The butter-based steak trumps every steakhouse steak I’ve ever had. Add that creamy sauce and you’re winning.
  • Add a side: We love this easy Friday night dinner with fries or a baked potato.
